The short version
All tools on DevCodivo run entirely in your browser. Whatever you paste or upload (JSON, CSV, text, anything) is processed locally and is never transmitted to our servers or stored by us.
Two things do reach the server: anonymous page-view counts, and anything you deliberately type into the contact form. Both are described below.
What we do not collect
- We do not collect, store, or log tool inputs or outputs.
- We do not sell, rent, or share user data with data brokers or advertisers.
- We do not build advertising profiles.
What we collect
1. Anonymous page-view counts
We count page views server-side so we know which tools are useful and which languages to invest in. This includes the path visited, coarse country, and referrer hostname.
We never log raw IP addresses: the visitor identifier is a salted hash that rotates daily, making long-term cross-session tracking impossible.
2. Contact form submissions
If you use the contact form, we store your name, email, subject, and message so we can read and reply to your inquiry.
Cookies and local storage
We do not set tracking cookies. The only client-side storage used is your local theme preference (dark/light mode).
Third-party services
Our hosting infrastructure uses Cloudflare for CDN caching and DDoS protection. Google Analytics may be used for aggregate visitor statistics without ever capturing tool inputs.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated text will be posted on this page with an updated date.
